I just read this on the BBC Website. Seems slightly odd. Researchers have been going on for years about trying to bring back the woolly mammoth-there was an idea pitched a while back that by selective breeding they could breed them. What would the mammoths think of being re-introduced? How long before some ivory hungry poacher started stalking them all over the globe? No doubt they produce more tusk per pound than the elephant.

Also with frozen DNA now being extracted and cloned, how long will it be before all those nutters who've paid £££££s to have their bodies put in the deep freeze will be 'brought back to life'? Woooo spooky!
